We will then be sterilizing and decomtaininating it prior to starting productions and brining in our stock to be quarentined. Anything Ordered as Purolater We ship via FedEx with full tracking and assured safe delivery. Our replacement policy is as follows: If the plants arrive in an unhealthy condition, please send a photo of the product and we will evaluate, replace and re-ship at our cost. Most plants will be in some shock from shipping but should recover fully within 2 weeks of arrival and show healthy new growth.
